Shipping times average 7-10 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx and actual delivery time will vary according to your shipping zone. Any item that is "out of stock" or "backordered", you will be notified. Free shipping in the USA on all fountains and wil be shipped general shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR FOUNTAIN FRIENDS
Fountain Friends will be shipped UPS within 2-4 weeks from the time your order is received.
Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a six percent restocking fee to cover credit card charges incurred by our company in good faith. Customers who refuse delivery or cancel their order after the item has shipped will be responsible for a twenty percent cancellation and restocking fee, in addition to all shipping charges. Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand our return policy, cancellation policy, and shipping guidelines.
Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered or item has been discontinued or is no longer available.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied.
If you find the product to be damaged or defective, we will accept your return as long as you follow these guidelines:
Please inspect your purchase when it arrives and note any damages on the delivery slip.

You will need to contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number so we can arrange your return. Without this number we will not be able to accept your merchandise.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges for any returned item is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please thoroughly inspect your merchandise prior to accepting it. Signing for damaged merchandise may prohibit your elibility for a replacement. Thank you.
